I always liked the 70's cult classic The Wicker Man by Robin Hardy. I always liked its surreal music to it's sinister ending. I always thought that Christopher Lee was cheated for an Oscar nomination as it shows how much of soul he put in the film.
But now the producers of this classic has now got a follow up: The Wicker Tree. It's Hardy first film in 25 years after the messy The Fantastist (1986). It's got Christopher Lee and the music is composed by Norman J. Warren's regular composer John Scott. So I am looking forward in seeing it and hopefully should be better than The Fantastist.
Check out the trailer.
